In case a corner of your home needs a little bit (more) of Christmas, here’s a Last Minute Effortless Idea. Meat the Snowy Pine Cones DIY.
I’ve had a lot of DIY Christmas Projects this year. Almost all of the ornaments and decorations displayed around the house are things that my sister and I made. While all of them were fairly simple, they did require a certain amount of time to be finished (some reminders here & here). The Snowy Pine Cones, on the other hand, took me around 15 minutes. Tops. Below are some photographs to see how incredibly effortless this is.

Before you start “snowing” on the pine cones, make sure that you squeeze most of the water from the brush & once again dip the brush into white watercolor. If your brush is too watery, the dots on the pine cones will be kinda pale. You’ll want more pigmented white dots that will be visible and will resemble snow.
As for the “snowing” part (picture bellow).. just tap the brush using your index finger. Keep doing this until the pine cone looks snowy enough to you.
Hope that this snowy pine cones DIY was helpful. Looking forward to here your Last-Minute Effortless Christmas ideas in the comment section.
