Creating my Wall of Frames & Other “Art” is taking its time, ’cause I’m kinda doing it on a really low budget, while juggling lots of other responsibilities. But, so far, I love the progress. This time I decided to share with you guys this simple wall decor that I made – the Rays of Gold. I absolutely love the amount of minimalism & style it brought to the Wall & the entire room.
The Rays of Gold DIY Project I did Requires:
– plastic ping pong balls – it would be even better & all the way easier with soft Styrofoam Balls);
– 15 Bamboo Sticks
– Golden Spray;
– string (or adhesive tab);
– glue gun.
*Bonus Stuff Along the Way:
If you’re able to find Styrofoam Balls, not just that it’s gonna be super easier to stick the bamboo skewers into the ball, but you’ll also be able to make your own Rays of Sun with all the more density. So, if you’re opting for that, just try and get some Styrofoam Balls.
Once you’ve made your Rays of Sun Wall Decor and it’s now ready to be sprayed, consider the following. When you’re applying the spray try to be as careful as possible in order to end with a nice smooth surface. When spraying, keep the bottle of spray not-too-close-not-too-far (the distance between the object and the spray should be about the size of your hand, or around 10 cm, to be more precised).
