Super Easy + Ultra Fun DIY Project – Make any gift all the more fun with these cute mini paper fans! Below for the tutorial!
Over the past few weeks I’ve been (unintentionally) focusing very much on doing stuff related to gifts and wrapping and all of that. I’ve already shared my desires to have all nicely prepped at-home gift wrapping station (if not a little gift + wrapping store with wisteria-fence around, placed in some cobblestone ally, in some beautiful old town). And a wish is just a wish until you start doing something about it. So, here I am, taking things in my hands & making these fancy, colorful mini paper fans.
Ever since I’ve made the first one of these fancy paper fans & realized how easy this DIY project actually is, I’ve kinda gone nutella with it. Aaand, I’ve taken Rebeka and Angela with me. These two have really helped me out. If they’d left me, I would prooobably still be at it. Not because it’s not that easy after all, no no. It is, but it’s just really I-can’t-stop-doing-this fun. So, thanks, you guyys.
We’ve made about 8 fans in different colors. The real jolly time has actually begun when accessorizing the fans. As you can all see, I’ve also gone bananas with the colors here. But, it’s just.. nutella and bananas go together so good!
As I’ve already said (few times), this is really easy to do. I’ve tried to make as clear & straight to the point instruction-photos as I could. As I’m going through them, I see that I did a good job, so if you were to make one of these mini paper fans yourselves, I think this will be helpful.
*I used two pieces of paper cut in squares (10x10cm), but it also works with rectangles. And, for “density”, you can use more then just 2 pieces.
Once you’ve checked all of the steps, relax, get real creative & go crazy with colors & patterns.
